We did not use their services went with another nicer company who waswilling to talk to me as a rente.
Description of Work: We needed emergency plumbing done in our apartment, the gentleman on the phone was rude and was going to charge triple the price of their competitor because it was on a weekend day. He refused to speak to us cause we were renters and when asked pricing would not give us a quote only stated he cannot speak with us he must talk ONLY to the landlord. He was very rude I would not recommend this company for ANY emergency work needed or work needed period.

We just bought a new home, that had been on the market quite a while and had a water leak in the basement when the water was turned on. We called Rob, with Amber Plumbing, and he came over and gave us an estimate of $2100. to remove and replace all the water lines in our new home. We gave him a key to the house, which was empty except for a few tools we took over to make some repairs with ourselves. Rob and his crew were supposed to work on the house on Monday, so we went over after work and found that they had removed all the water lines in our home, as expected, but there were several of our personal items missing. We called Rob and talked to him about this and explained that he was the only person with a key other than us and that we were there at the end of the day on Sunday, so we were sure the stuff was there when we left. Rob decided that he was not comfortable working with us any longer and he pulled off the job. When we called other plumbers to come in to finish the job, we were told that the way Amber Plumbing had removed the water lines told the other plumbers that Rob did not intend to come back and do the work. The lines had been broken off up inside the walls so they could not be replaced / repaired without having to remove sheetrock. The new plumbers explained that Rob and his crew could have cut the lines so they would be easy to replace, instead of breaking them off inside the walls. They told us that Rob probably took the water lines we had in the house to a recycling place for money and they did not believe that he ever intended to complete our work. I would not recommend this company to anyone!
Description of Work: They took out all the plumbing from our home.
