Work teams were courteous, instructive and detail oriented. Could not have asked for more professional and kinder people to work with. Since this was my first homeowners claim, they were seeing me at a most stressful time, but their attitudes were truly caring. They answered questions, and headed off any possible worried by telling me of past experiences, as far as what I should do to ensure I received the correct amount on my claim. I'm an industrial engineer, and I could not think of one thing that I would change in their tasks to make them more efficient. They came in, worked with a purpose, and did exactly what was needed, and then some. I could not thank the work crew enough, but they would not take any items for themselves, or any cash bonuses. Although I did try on multiple occasions. Servpro employees are beyond reproach. When there was a problem with my insurance company, the lead technician informed me at once. Due to his diligence, my claim was paid within an hour of his notifying me. Again, if someone is going to see you on one of the worst days of your homeowners life, I can't recommend the Servpro team more. These are the people that you want helping you. Besides water damage clean up, they handle mold removal and other services that thankfully I didn't require. Their final bill was more than fair. As I stated, this was my first time needing such a service, so I didn't know what to expect, but they were here for three days, and I expected a much higher bill than I received. If Angie's List offered an A+ grade, Servpro would receive it. Thank you!
