Over-all the job went very well. Job was completed on time and cleaned up well. The only issue was I was left with ruts in my yard in two places that I have had to fill in and seed over.

I contacted provider and he responded immediately. There had been a terrible storm in this area and he explained he may be late coming to my home. I had a tree that was either hit by lightening or ripped by the storm winds. We discuss the work I required to have done. Approximately 10 trees needed to be trimmed not a lot of trimming. The major concern was the flowering plum tree that needed to be cut back. We made an appointment, but he call on the day of the appointment he could not make it at the specified time. A crew showed up around 5 people and they started rendering services. They left and told me they may not be able to finish that day because the owners was getting his chipper repaired. That evening I received a call from the owner apologizing for not coming but informing me he would be here the next day early in the morning.  I did see some less expensive prices that appear to be for similar work; however, without seeing the trees and the amount of work required it is difficult to judge pricing.  He showed up with crew and they began to do the work. He was very professional, apologetic; he even reduced his price by $50 because of his scheduling problems.  

Went to work promptly and got the job done. Took care of the clean up and made sure all our needs were met. We will be needing more work done in the future, and we will definately be giving them a call to do the job.

You tell him to do some thing and he will do it. He asked us to pay him on Thursday for the job he wa doing on Saturday to pay his guys. We told him to trim a tree and he never got around to it. He is just very aggravating.

Scott gave an estimate up front and would not take any deposit.  He preferred being paid on the day when services were completed.

In the end, only the sawdust and missing branches were evidence that anyone had been there.

We needed him a month or so after the St. Louis Good Friday storms. Do not be discouraged if it takes several calls to get the service to your home.  The service is well worth the wait.

I will use this service again.
