gutter cleaning, roofing, chimney repair
 + 1 moreThe crew was prompt and efficient. Their work was exemplary, and the clean-up was excellent. The price was reasonable. If I could, I would give them an A+. I have already recommended them to friends.
Description of Work: They did a tear off of 3 tab shingles to the wood deck and installation of 30 year, GAF Timberline dimensional shingles. 15 lb. red felt was installed, fastening with staples and Simplex nails. A new drip edge was installed at the perimeter. An ice and water shield was installed in the valleys and at all protrusions in the roof and inside walls. A new lead flashing was installed at all soil pipes. Seven Lomanco 750 roof vents were installed. They sealed the chimney chase. They installed starter strips at the perimeter with 1/2 inch overhang at the rakes and drip edge. They installed matching hip and ridge caps at the ridge. All gutters were cleaned, and the gutter leaf was left as is. All debris was removed. The roof will be inspected each year on the anniversary date during the five year guarantee.
