On a Sunday afternoon, the fan quit on my outside air conditioning unit. It was extremely hot outside (102+ with the heat index). I called Diehl's Services and he was at my house in less than 45 minutes. Outstanding! He was at my home for a little more 30 minutes. Troubleshooted and replaced a $30 part; corrected it with professionalism. I thought for the small amount of time that he was at my home that $100 for 30 minutes work was a little steep, but I can't complain because it was hot outside, also on a Sunday and he came to my home. So $100 does not seem like alot when you are begging for relief from the heat. Bottom line is, it was a good experience and I will call them again.
