D & L Plumbing

We had a hairline crack in a toilet tank.  Rather than wait for it to bust in the middle of night or when not at home, we decided to replace it.  We did our research and decided that that TOTO 1.6 toilet was highly rated.  We called D&L Plumbing and they said they could order it locally and come out install it at the time we needed it.  Since we both work it had to be late in the afternoon.  They came out in a couple of days with the exact toilet we requested, removed the old toilet and put in the new one.  While there my wife had him tighten another toilet that was loose and he gladly did.  They have always done a superb, conscientious job and are very pleasant to deal with.  They are not a big plumbing company where you don't know who will be coming out.  They are family owned and my wife has stated that she feels she could trust them with the key to the house to get the job done.  For my wife to say, that it a big compliment.

They took an old sump pump and replaced it with a modern pump. They were phenomenal every step of the way. They couldn't have been better. They were professional, clean, and polite. They knew all of the codes to make sure the project would pass inspection.

Briddell Remodelling and Ron Briddell didn't pay them for their work so
to avoid a lien being placed on my property they received payment from
me , I don't blame Dand L at all they did good work for a fair price
and were up front about the whole situation .. Thanks Guys

Once we realized we needed a new hot water heater for our home we contacted D and L Plumbing, the company that had installed the first hot water heater, for an estimate. The plumber came over the same day, checked out the water heater and it's location, gave us a bid for the purchase and installation of a new hot water heater ( A Bradford White) and the addition of an expansion tank and a gas condensation pipe (to conform to updated plumbing codes).

After some deliberation we agreed to hire D and L plumbing to do the entire job from obtaining all parts to post clean-up. We agreed on the scheduled installation date which was the afternoon of the second weekday after giving the OK.

The plumber and an assistant arrived on time and completed the entire job to our satisfaction in about two and a half hours.

The result was a first rate job by a professional, friendly plumber.
