I think we've been using them for thirteen years. The thing I like most about them is professionalism. Their people are good. They call me to remind me it's time to come out. When I don't return their calls, they'll keep calling me. If I missed their message, they'll stay on us 'cause they know we need to do this. I don't know how to say this professionally but I think they know what customers and they've got to stay after and I appreciate that.

We found their service to be expensive and they would take the minimum amount of time to turn on or off the lawn irrigation system. They never check for problems. We found that they had missed a broken sprinkler head and broken water line. These were both very obvious problems. They never spent more than 15 minutes at our home. At $140 per season, this is far too expensive for 30 minutes worth of work.
