The work went well. The team was courteous, asked good questions when needed, and were efficient. They cleaned up, protected my wife's roses, and did an overall excellent job on a steeply pitched, gabled, two-story walkout home.

Excellent -- it took his 7 guys 7 hours, and it appears perfect, The yard around the house is cleaner than it was before they came. Clean-cut guys, we left for 1-1/2 hours while they were here, and left the house open.

Koch was easy to work with and was flexible in meeting our needs. He worked with us all the way from diagnosing the need to replace the roof (his assessment was honest and reasonable) to choosing the correct quality level of materials through installation.

Overall, they did a nice job. They had plenty of options in style and color and were patience during our decision time. The crew was efficient and took cautions not to destroy our lawn in the process. They cleaned up pretty well from tearing the old shingles off. I would use them again but hope this roof lasts as long as we do!
