Aqua Dry Carpet Cleaners

He was very professional, careful to cover areas that he was cleaning. No lapse. Did a very a good job and very good pricing.

Jeff arrived on time for both the estimate visit and the cleaning. He was great to work with. He pretreated badly soiled areas and advised us of the probable result. He worked very efficiently and the carpet looks amazing. Wish we had known about his company earlier. He left booties for us to wear while the carpet was drying. Other carpet cleaners we have used did not instead they recommended using plastic grocery bags! We will absolutely use Jeff's AquaDryLLC again and we highly recommend his company.

Jeff from AquaDry was punctual for both the visit to quote and for the cleaning.  After looking at carpet condition, he determined that it could be cleaned and explained his process.  He did exactly as quoted--cleaned the berber and brought it back to good condition, even removing high traffic area stains.  
We would recommend Jeff--and will use his services again--because:
1)  He did an excellent job.
2)  He was competitive with pricing.
3)  He was professional.

Everything went fine. He came when he said he would and he had a worker with him. The two of them moved all the furniture except a china cabinet I did not want to empty (his hose easily cleaned under it) and once everything was dry the next day, they put everything.back. They also raked the rug so the tufts lay in the same direction. It is a low pile rug.
They were very pleasant and trustworthy so I was able to leave the house while they worked. I was hesitant to walk on the rug after the cleaning because I did not want to mess it up. When the two came back to replace the furniture they both wore footies on their shoes to keep from dirtying the rug.
I knew Jeff because he did the rug in another bedroom that had been damaged from leaks from the roof in one of our violent storms. The contractor who fixed all the leaks used Jeff for the rug work. Jeff's first estimate was $1500.00 which I thought was very reasonable because the rooms were large and there was a lot of furniture to move. Once he finished the work, he totaled up time and supplies. It was less work than he thought it would be and therefore he charged only $880.00
I would certainly recommend him for any carpet cleaning.
