+ -1 moreHE WAS VERY REASONABLE AND CAME WHEN HE SAID HE WOULD. HE DID EVERYTHING HE SAID HE WOULD, AND THAT IS IMPORTANT. HES A GREAT GUY, WEVE USED HIM TO MAINTAIN THE SIDING IN ALL OF OUR CONDO UNITS. HE DOES OTHER SERVICES AS WELL.
Description of Work: HE REPLACED SOME TRIM THAT HAD FALLEN OFF THE BALCONIES.
