Contacted provider through their website leaving a detailed description in an email of service I needed performed. Never got a phone or email reply from them if the date I selected was available. Contact was made over a week ago. Update: On June 2nd sent a message to them through Angie's list. Not asking for an appointment, but just to clarify if they even received my original request. As of today June 8th still no reply. This is not a review of their repair quality, just the lack of responsiveness.

Description of Work: Tinley Auto helped fix damage caused by a horrible shop we had to use in an emergency transmission situation, which led to a series of other problems due to neglicence or intental activity by the other place (International Transmissions in Chicago). Jim was very kind and was very patient with all of our phone calls and questions. Tinley fixed multiple things over several trips, including the transmission issues, radiator, water pump, and electrical problems.
