Contacted provider through their website leaving a detailed description in an email of service I needed performed. Never got a phone or email reply from them if the date I selected was available. Contact was made over a week ago. Update: On June 2nd sent a message to them through Angie's list. Not asking for an appointment, but just to clarify if they even received my original request. As of today June 8th still no reply. This is not a review of their repair quality, just the lack of responsiveness.

GREAT SERVICE PROVIDER.  JIM WAS EXCELLENT.  VERY DETAILED ESTIMATE WAS GIVEN.  THEY WERE ON TIME TO PROVIDE SHUTTLE SERVICE FROM THE METRA.  OVERALL A GREAT EXPERIENCE.
