Installation went pretty good and we were satisfied with the final product.  
One year later, some of the pavers are loose and one plant is dead.
Here's where everything goes South.  
Have been calling to simply have them replace the one dead bush for several months.  
They never call back and the receptionist always claims they are not in the office and will take a message.  I've even called the salesperson's personal cell phone numerous times with no answer and no call back.  I've made at least 20 calls over the past three months.  
The sad part is that they did an acceptable job with the installation but their follow-up service is ridiculous.  All they had to do is replace a $100 bush for Pete's sake.   Needless to say that I'll have to hire someone else to fix the loose pavers.  
Unfortunately, I have to recommend against using this company due to their lack of follow-up on their supposed warranty.

There were a lot of things that I felt went uncompleted. The plants did not survive for a year, I was guaranteed if they did not survive they would be replaced, which they were not. They also took existing stones and did not return them, even after I requested them to be returned.

Took half the cost on March 27. I called on April 27 asking for a response as to when the project would start. I received no response or call back and only found out Sloane's was working on the project on May 4 when my development called ME to tell me somone was working on our property. At close inspection of the work I found that they HAD NOT recultivated the soil at all, planted the new plantings too high, left a cable completely exposed lying on top of the planting area, forgot one downspout bubbler. Numerous calls and emails went unanswered until Ron, from Sloane's, just showed up on the morning of June 6 to survey the work. He said that Glenn had sent him to speak with me. If that had been the case it seems he should have called first to let me know he'd be coming out, but he did not. If I didn't just happen to be standing chatting with my neighbor I doubt we would have chatted at all. I suspect he would have surveyed the work and left without my knowledge. He promised NUMEROUS times during our June 6 discussion that he would call me on Monday morning June 8 to let me know when they were coming out to do the work and that it would definitely be the week of June 8. I told him that I wanted to be informed of when the work was to be done so that I could be present at the time they came, he repeatedly promised that Sloane's always calls the customer to let them know the work schedule. I told him that was untrue, but took him at his word that I would receive a call on Monday regarding the remainder of the work to be finished. Monday morning June 8 came and went with no call from Ron or anyone at Sloane's, as did Tuesday and Wednesday. My son is home for the summer and called me Wednesday afternoon to let me know that work was being done in the front yard. Again I received no call as was promised by Ron. The crew finishing the work were told to ask for a check when they were finished. I told them HAD I been called like Ron had promised and was informed of when they would be coming by, I would have access to my checkbook, which was left at my workplace. I told them to tell Ron his check was in the mail. I sent the remainder of the landscape cost via USPS on Friday, June 12 with a letter stating my discontent with Sloane's handling of the project and how unprofessional they were. On Saturday, Ron had the audacity to leave a phone message asking if they needed to come by and pick up their check. My response was short.

WE ARE VERY PLEASED WITH THE WORK THEY DID. WE DID LOOK ARUND AND THEY WERE 2000-3000 LESS THAN OTHER PLACES. THEY CAME OUT AND EXPLAINED HOW TO KEEP UP WITH THE LANDSCAPING ALSO. THEY INCLUDED THE FIRST TRIMING OF THE NEW YEAR TO SHOW THE PROPER WAY OF TRIMMING THE BUSHES.
