Had a shower door installed last month. First off I can honestly say the the installer was really good. He did a nice job and asked a lot of questions to make sure I was happy and that everything was done to my liking. He basically paid attention to detail. As far as the rest of the process with Schaaf, I'm not impressed at all. First off we paid a good penney for this, the salesperson was completely hands off after taking our money and not once did he reach out to see if everything went well and that we were happy. Whether or not that is his his responsibility, SOMEONE from that company should be doing follow up after the job is complete. It is my opinion that in any project that is being done on your home, auto or whatever , a company rep should ALWAYS do follow up to see if everything that was done correctly. I also emailed him to ask about anther quote for a garage service door which instead of calling me or having a door guy call me he just said to call the office to arrange a quote. Nice customer service. As it turns out they have now lost my other business to another window company for my other projects such as the service door and windows.

Superb experience. Never used them before. Lender for sale of my mother's condo required quick turnaround replacement of windows. Very responsive. Timely bid. Price very reasonable. Office side kept us well informed of order status. Flexible in scheduling and understood the need to complete the work timely. I am in multifamily residential real estate so have worked with alot of contractors.

As for as I am concerned, Schaaf gets an A with 5 gold stars.

They're very good. I've been using them for a while. I had some other people come out and tell me I needed more work. They said I didn't need that work. They told me exactly what I needed. I made an appointment and they came out on time. They did the work and I was happy with the work.

We were able to get great wood interior windows to match our historic windows original to our home. Schaaf offered great custom windows and doors at fair prices.

Schaaf installed the windows and doors when the house was newly built and we have used them over the years for minor repairs.  They are professional and always answer their phone.  When I talk to them they are knowledgeable and always get me to the right person to help me.  When they came to do the job they were quick and efficient and were in and out within minutes.  They didn't even charge me for the repair.  I will definitely continue to use them in the future.
