"First and foremost everything that Mr. [Member Name Removed] has written is a fabrication of the truth, and the phone call did not happen the way that he has stated. I have reached out to him 3 times, I have left two phone messages and the one time I did reach him he said he would call back on Monday, I have not heard back from him. Mr. [Member Name Removed] would rather ruin my reputation than work logically on the supposed problem. Mr. [Member Name Removed] first called our office for a quote on replacing two sillcocks on 4/3/17. I, John Gannon the owner went to the home, assessed what needed to be done and gave a quote of $950.00 which he agreed to and the job was scheduled to be done on 4/7/17. This install was not an easy job, we were working in very confined and difficult areas in the basement and crawlspace areas of the home. If he didn't like the estimate he had three days to cancel. Mr. [Member Name Removed] asked during the installation process on 4/7/17 if he would get more water pressure, he was told the new sillcocks will not change water pressure or volume or gallons per minute. He stated to us he had a new well pump installed by another contractor and additional upgrades to the well. He had thought that the pressure was reduced and that he would be getting in touch with his well person about that matter. The next day (Saturday 4/8/17) [Member Name Removed] called claiming one of the sillcocks on the East side of the house was leaking, myself and Mike my helper went back to the home within one hour of his call and we found there was a garden hose timer device attached to the new valve which was malfunctioning, we suggested to either remove it or get a new one which [Member Name Removed] agreed. At that time we pressure tested both valves and load pressure tested, the pressure was approximately 43 to 45 pounds per square inch with the load test pressure dropped to 41 psi which is perfectly within range of adequate pressure. We have spent quite a bit of time discussing water pressure, piping size, and gallons per minute with [Member Name Removed], his system has one 1/2" copper water line coming off the well tank that feeds to the outside valves. The valves we installed were connected to existing piping, if [Member Name Removed] wants more gallons per minute he was advised all water piping would have to be upsized to achieve the gallons per minute to operate a "simple sprinkler". The water pressure is exactly the same as it was before the work was done. The valves that were installed were Arrowhead 466-10QTLF 10" Anti-siphon Frost Free code approved valves which we use everyday and widely used in the industry. Again these will have absolutely no effect on the pressure or gallons per minute. The valves are operating the way they were designed. Mr. [Member Name Removed] is angry because he can't get what he wants for free and is taking out his anger on me and my company which I have worked very hard to build. The reason I have always gotten high ratings is because I do good work."
