it went wonderfully. John was early which was fine. He checked the whole entire roof inside and out. He checked every single window. Ran every faucet of the home and was amazingly throughout. He even went into the attic and crawl space. I have recommended him to everyone I know and I wish him nothing but more success. Keep up the tremendous work!!!!

John was incredibly thorough and careful. He was knowledgeable about all aspects of home inspection, particularly the electric work, structure and plumbing. The house was inspected from top to bottom, including exterior structures and foundation. John explained all of the problem issues very well. I would recommend this company and in particular John to anyone who needs a careful inspection before purchasing a home.

It did not go well. His inspection was half done. John Wegner did not get on the roof. As I know that home inspectors will gamely climb onto the roof and check for missing or warped shingles and make sure flashing and gutters are in good shape. Just found out I need a new roof. Did not notice the cracks in the drywall in the finished basement, which I noticed asked about and he said he can't tell since he can't get behind the drywall. Did not take pictures of the cracks after I should him to add to the report. Just found out it there was a leaking pipe in the basement. The basement bathroom hot water and cold water is mixed up and the toilet fills up with hot water. He was very punctual actually at lease 30 to 45 minutes early. When I arrived he was in deep conversation with the seller. He started the inspection earlier than we agreed upon. I stated I wanted to be there so I expected the inspection to start at the time we agreed on.

Great experience! John came out and took his time explaining what he was looking for and why. Would definitely recommend to others. One of those rare moments in life where you feel like it was money well spent.

The buyers had one of their relatives come over, who had some questions too, and he didn’t dismiss any concerns from anyone. He looked for what he needed to look for.
