Had to go back 5 times to get the following problems solved. Leaking cooling fluid all over my driveway when I got home. Serpentine belt replaced to stop squeaking,3 times Upper and lower cooling hose replaced for extra cost. pulley replaced to stop squeaking. Now all of the sudden i have a radiator leak which needs to be replaced for $990 Dollars

I have been taking all my Toyotas here for years. They are very busy, but do a great job. Very well organized and professional. Not the cheapest, but I always trust their work. They will work with you and keep you informed and do not perform unneeded repairs. They are expensive, but in my mind they are worth it. We discussed the cost of a catalytic converter in this case and I went some where else that was much less expensive. It was for a 8 year old car with over 100,000 miles on it, so I wanted a cheaper price.

Everything went very smoothly. I take in my RAV 4 '07 to get it inspected. Brad, the service manager, is very knowledgable and goes beyond the call of duty for his work.

I did nothing but wait out the repairs.

Service performed. They are always trying to sell me some more work to be done. Claimed my brake pads needed to be changed; critical to be done. After my brother in law looked at them, he said I had plenty of more wear left in them.

Very well. I was pleased with the service and would recommend this Toyota Dealer to others.

They are pretty honest. They will give me a checklist of things I might want to look into but there is no pressure. I don't have any problems with them.

Their price was slightly lower than the other dealers that we checked with and the wait time was slightly less than they had told us. There was no high pressure tactics to get us to add on any extras or to finance with them. The package of extras that we received was slightly different than the packaged we received (e.g. the interior color was not what we had ordered). The whole process took longer than we anticipated, however. Since they knew exactly when we were coming to take delivery of our car, it seems that they could have been a little better prepared (i.e. finished our paperwork) so that we wouldn't have to wait around so long.

The car was as advertised, the salesman was very professional. They were nice people and the car is everything I expected.

We have taken our car to Oiling Toyota for a long time now, and we are very happy with their service. We will not take it anywhere else. We get an appointment every time my wife calls with no problem. They never have us waiting.

THEY ARE RATHER EFFICIENT and PROFESSIONAL.

They were very accommodating and everything was taken care of in one visit.
