Even if they applied they applied the weed and feed, still the weed were not going so I wasn't happy. Price was okay, they were cheap, cheaper than the other company. That's what they ask for, they didn't say for better things or this much. Except for the them being cheaper, I don't want to use them again. For the service to be better, if the weeds were taken care of properly. The other landscaping company had better results. They were good, except for it didn't work.

The guy is behind the machine so the machine did almost of the work.  They were courteous, clean, they're not full of mud or dirty and the price was decent

THE OWNER seems to be genuinely concerned and profrofessional, but there billing and scheduling seemed to be off based in that they seemed to miss providing service at my location for things that I paid. The owner called and made up for the mistakes. So we think we'll try then again. Hopefully it will work out better.

They have been very professional and good. They call and let me know before they come. They will leave a note about what they have done. They give an early bird discount, if you pay in full before the end of the year. I am very satisfied with them.

We scheduled this some time ago. They said they were coming a few weeks ago, and many rainy days delayed the visit. Things dried out. We thought we'd see them sometime soon. There was no advance call to let us know when they were coming. This morning I heard an unfamiliar machine in the front yard and looked out to see the guy aerating the lawn. He did good, thorough work. It was a lucky thing that I didn't have any yard work planned for today. If communication from the office had been better about when to expect him, this would have been a solid A rating.

The overall experience was good. They were very prompt, efficient, and responsive. I felt like the price was okay.

They do a good job, and I think their price is reasonable. They are going to come back out to do aeration, which will be a separate price.

I called this company to have them come over and look at my lawn as some of the grass was dying and wanted them to identify the problem. They came in a few days and told me that my lawn had thatch disease. They said the best way to address this problem was to do a core aeration to relieve the compacted soil so water and nutrients could get to the roots. Another company that came over told me I had grubs. I knew this wasn't the problem as grubs are present when you can lift up patches of grass and this couldn't be done. As long as Naturescape was there I had them give an estimate for weed control and fertilization which they did and it was very low. Their other services are great also. They will do a core aeration and lawn over-seeding for $79 plus a deep root tree/shrub fertilization for only $29. To do all three of those services is only $99. I signed up for them to do this and look forward to seeing the results.
