 + -1 moreThey are very helpful. If there is a fabric that they do not have enough of, they would call other stores. They are able to get the material I need. I have had a broken sewing machine; I called around and did not get much help. I called them and they said they have a man coming in on Thursdays. They gave me his number, I talked to him even on Sunday and he told me to bring it on Thursday. When I have done that, he called me later in the day, told me what is wrong with it and when he is getting it fixed. He is very helpful. In terms of punctuality, they get crowded. I would use this company again in the future.

 + -1 moreI was satisfied with the repair. They are the only sewing machine repair shop that I know of in this area. The repair man was very knowledgeable. He can repair any brand of machine.
