GRAPHICSLAND, INC

I was very happy with the service provided.  The staff that I worked with on the phone, (2 different staff members on 2 different days), were extremely professional, helpful, courteous and friendly.  I was panicking with formatting problems and both staff members were very helpful and patient while helping me resolve the problems.  The poster looked great when I picked it up.  It was done in less than 24 hours - faster than I thought.  As an added bonus, they gave me a free t-shirt!! I would absolutely use Graphicsland services again. 

Graphicsland completed the work within 24 hours and shipped as promised. A snafu at the post office resulted in the order being received late. In this interval, we contacted Graphicsland and it reprinted the bumper stickers and shipped them at no charge. When the first order came in, we sent a check to cover the extra stickers, since we did not feel it was the fault of Graphicsland. The staff at Graphicsland called and told us that the check would be returned; we received it a couple of days later, saying that the extra stickers were ours at no charge. Wonderful customer service! I'd consider them again for signs, bumper stickers, etc.
