They are a godsend. I just renewed it and it's a little less than $100 a year for a lifetime coverage. I've already had 3 years, but it's absolutely worth it because I don't do well with computers. They were able to talk me through stuff and do stuff for me. They are able to connect to my computer remotely and work on it. I don't even have to be home for it. They are very nice, knowledgeable and patient. I am very comfortable with their service. They managed to fix my computer without me taking it to the shop. So far it's working okay. I think the price is reasonable.
