The contractor we had did excellent work but communication with the company wasn t that good. As soon as we signed the contract, I had to contact them to get an answer and it took three months to get on the schedule. Another contractor also showed up instead of the original one I talked to. He did good work but they really need to work on their organization and communication.

Everyone we dealt with was very professional and friendly. Was very pleased with the work that was done. Replaced all windows and picture window and they finished it in one day. When they cleaned up at the end of the day, they did a magnificent job!! Would highly recommend with no hesitations.

The team of guys that installed seven new windows for us was great. They showed up on time and were clean throughout the process. At the end Bruce took us through and showed us the operation of the new windows and explained part of the process to replace them. Overall great experience and worth the money spent.

Excellent sales person (Dominick) explained everything, answered all questions, and started the process. Measurements were done perfectly, scheduling was very efficient and communication was great. Windows arrived as planned, the installers were great, cleaned up after, as if they were never there. Very happy with the new windows, had 19 replaced front and back of the house, look great, inside and out. No issues, No complaints, pricing was extremly competitive, would highly recommend Excel for your nest home project. I will call them in spring when I need to replace my patio doors.

The quality of the doors that were installed were the best. The installation was perfect . The two men that installed the doors were very professional and knew exactly what they were doing. I would highly recommend Excel Windows for all exterior door replacements.

I had a wonderful experience using Excel. They came highly recommended to me and I ve since recommended them to friends. The new windows have made a difference in the noise level and in our energy costs. Customer services was wonderful. I had them come back to replace my sliding glass door recently and was just as happy. The installers were neat and skilled.
