The Tech was knowledgeable and technically inclined; however his cost of repair was EXTREMELY high. A bit uncharacteristic of me not to get multiple quotes before hiring him; instead I called two different companies after his installation was completed and asked them to give me a quote to do the same work with commercial grade springs. They asked to see the pictures of my garage door set up, and the prices given to me were $395 and $450, while Ezra billed me $750. It took Ezra about 2 hours to complete the job.

Ezra arrived at the scheduled time and was extremely pleasant. He explained the manufacture and the model he would be using to replace my old motor. I programmed my code and he made sure everything was working before he left. He number is now programed in my phone so I have easy access to share.

This was my first time using Home Adviser, and I am very pleased with the service I received. I was unable to open or shut garage door using the opener. I called EK Garage Door late yesterday evening, and someone from EK Garage Door was here first thing this morning. He explained the problem and was able to repair it right away. Was friendly and very professional. Explained what he needed to do and completed the job right away. I will definitely call EK Garage Door if assistance is ever needed again.
