I called 3/15/2014 to have service because there was activity in our eaves. John came out that same day and climbed a ladder and looked in our attic in the house and in the garage. He didn't physically go into the attic but assessed from the top of the ladder. (i should have suspected something at this point)  He stated that there were mouse droppings and laid bait. He was unsure if that is what was running around in our eaves.  There is an entry point (we believe) on the roofline so he set a trap on the ground below it to hopefully lure out the critter.  
We inquired into a yearly service for pest control. He gave us a $575 quote for service that day and the quarterly spraying. He gave a discount for all services down to $500 if we paid in full on that day, so I paid in full. He stated he would return the next day to check the cage. Instead, he called on 3/16/2014 and asked us look at the cage to see if anything was caught.  Since it was still empty, he stated he would return 2 days later to check again and would also return in two weeks for our first pest control treatment.
He did not come out in two days so after not hearing from him for two weeks I called on 3/31/2014 to cancel our service and to get a refund for the yearly pest control amount. He stated he would call back later that same afternoon with a breakout and tell us our refund amount. We never heard from him and called him the following week to set a time for him to check the bait, check the trap, and bring our refund.  The appointment date was 4/4/2104 between 3-5.  He called at 5 and stated that he was stuck at another job and would come Saturday 4/5/2014 between 12-2.  He never showed or called on Saturday 4/5/2014. We have left voicemail messages on 4/7/2014, 4/8/2014, 4/10/2014 and 4/12/2014 (as no one answers the phone) and haven't heard back from him. 
I wouldn't recommend this company at all.  I'm very disappointed and feel robbed.  BEWARE!
