Apex uses other names including Energystar Home Improvements. The owners are no responsive, the do not Related to EnergyStar. WILL NOT PUT ANYTHING IN WRITING. POOR CONTRACT. Sales Rep not trustworthy. Poor quality workmanship. Rude customer service. Still waiting for repairs. Will not supply itemized billing until payment received by them. Billed for work never done by them. They state they will "take care of it" at their cost and then tries to bill for it. Several people in neighborhood very dissatisfied with quality of work, customer service. And their sales rep.
