His crew arrived the very next day, unsupervised. They seemed to be college age kids, and weren't experienced. They sanded the entire deck for a full day (which was unnecessary), and applied the wrong sealer. We complained to Donald, and he came out to inspect it. He blamed the sealer manufacturer, but said he would take care of it. His college kids came out again, on a Sunday, and re sanded the deck and applied sealer again. It was just like the first time, it looked awful, and I called frustrated. I told him not to come back because I didn't want him to further damage our property. In the evening he sent a kid out to get a check, and we refused to give him any money. I have never seen work so terrible as was performed on our property. I have had other people come out to see the work, and they have said I will just have to wait another season to get it taken care of. They also caused severe damage to our railings, brick pillars, and the house from improper application of the sealer.
