My driveway is filled with the dirt he had dumped there and my back yard has all the sod removed. I now have to hire a different company to come and finish the job. Meanwhile I can?t use my garage or my driveway because of the truckload of dirt that is blocking both.
The owner has no integrity. He bids low and then raises the costs in the middle of the job. This is the classic BAIT AND SWITCH tactic. His web site states "...we stand behind all of our work and guarantee
your satisfaction." Clearly he does not guarantee anything.
I have submitted a formal complaint to the Illinois Attorney General?s Office. I am awaiting their response. Hopefully, it will lead to a refund of my $575.00
