I called A & S to have 2 washing machines repaired. They had their contract technician Lon Woycheese call me and he scheduled the repair for 2pm. He didn't show up until almost 3pm. Since he was so late we decided to get just one machine repaired. I bought the part however I expected him to look at the machine to determine if I even needed the part. He was in and out in less than 15 minutes. He charged $45 plus $40 to put on a part for a total of $85. The $45 is to check the machine. My son was there for the repair and when I called I was shocked to find that he had come and gone. I called him to ask had he opened the machine to make sure no socks etc were in the machine. He claimed that he can look without opening the machine which I know is not true. It is apparent that he didn't check the machine. An hour later the machine is doing the exact same thing an F1 error. I sent him a text that night. The next morning I called him. He kept pretending that he couldn't hear me and hanging up. I sent him a text and he blamed the problem on the part. The problem was he never really checked the machine out. I called the main number to complain and they are going to refund my money but they can't refund my waste of time and the fact that I have an event at my home and still can't wash my linen. I work a lot so this is a major inconvenience.

It was 3 p.m. when I realized my dryer was not heating up. I called A and S and Bob came out the same day! I'm so happy that I have finally found a go to company for appliance repair. They are friendly, knowledgeable, true professionals with reasonably priced service!

Replaced very quick. The repairman answered all questions THOROUGHLY.

I had an emergency and he came right away. I will continue to use him. He is great.

Thw technician, who was pleasant, prompt, and professional freed a "frozen" broiler control on an old but still serviceable kitchen range. The work was done quickly and carefully.

Owner Bob Simari performed the work and couldn't have been a nicer guy! So professional and honest! Price was fair! He came out on a Friday to diagnose the problem but didn't have the part to finish the job. He offered to come out the followning morning to finish but instead we settled on a Sunday morning complete! Great communication with calling to let us know when to expect him so I wasn't waiting around all day! Without hesitation I would recommend him and will call him again with any more work!

Our old dryer quit drying just as we had a lot of company (of course!). Aand S service responded quickly and replaced a temperature sensor and a solenoid that controls gas flow (he had the parts in his van). I asked about replacing the seal around the rim of the dryer tub and he inspected that and advised it wasn't necessary at that time. He also advised that the dryer vent pipe didn't need cleaning. The bill was entirely reasonable (I had researched the needed parts on line before contacting Aand S). We were thrilled to have the dryer running quickly for our visitors.

Called Monday evening when dryer stopped working, and service was done by 9:30 the next morning. Only repaired what was needed, and had records of what had been done for us before. Have used for washer, dryer, fridge, and stove. Have never been disappointed. First time reviewer, will continue to use for sure. Very honest and trustworthy. Spent far less than replacing.

The technician replaced the defective igniter with a new one he had with him. The whole job was completed in under an hour. I am very satisfied with the way the technician did the work.

My overall experience was very good. I was given advise and the service person wasnt out to get my money.

They are reliable, honest, and they stand behind the work they do. They give a 1 year warranty on parts on labor.
