International Greenhouse Company

This company sells landscaping supplies. I ordered a case of garden planters costing over $100 online. The online order went through after I put in all my credit card information. I had a very time sensitive project requiring the arrival of the pots in a timely manner. After a week a called up the company asking where the pots might be and they told me that the pot order never went through....Evidently it does not matter that I have a confirmation email. They did not call me or send me an email that the order did not go through or explain why a confirmation email does not confirm anything....I can only assume that if you have a small order they really don't care about you as a customer. If you have a large order, go ahead and order, you will probably get better service, I know this is a large company. I called them and left a message to call me and they did not return my call.
