Saela Pest Control- Chicago South

I had a mouse in my home and contacted Home Advisor. One of the service providers (The Edge) contacted me immediately. I ended up signing a contract for 12 months. If I decide I don't want them after six visits, I can pay them half the cost of the remaining visits. I have contacted them several times about getting a copy of the contract I signed. They tell me to check my email and spam folder. There is never a reply from "The Edge". I am very disappointed in selecting this company. To make matters worse, I was able to kill the mouse with Decon purchased at Menards.

Time as promised, service as promised, friendly, courteous, and knowledgeable technician. Only bummer is they don't do attics.

Very professional, showed up on time and I have not seen any ants, wasps or any other pests since they came.

Just started service last week, tech who came out was thorough and focused. He sprayed where I needed him to spray, even the shack and detached garage. Did the inside and outside of whole house and garage as well. Honestly, I've seen a VAST difference just in short amount of time. Rarely any critters. Still early in service, but so far so good.

This company was willing to work with me since I had to have a family member meet them. They were polite and quick

Edge pest was very professional, the price was better than anyone else by far, and they were able to come out right away. I am happy with the service I am getting from them.

Twice got the same techs, third time I asked but got another guy, equally as nice and competent.

Excellent customer service, came out the same day we called and told us if we saw anymore they'd come right back out.

I just started using Edge Pest Control so I can't speak to the long term effects, but so far so good! Very professional and easy to work with.

polite helpful..took time to discuss methods to eliminate mice.. only setback is that when i asked to spray under the deck i was told that they put the hose back in the vehicle and said they will do it in a future appt

Is too early to tell. Besides a little confusion on their part in regards to appointment time. The technician was very nice and helpful. He explained what he was doing and why.

They responded quickly!!! Arrived at the scheduled time within 24 hours of my inquiry!!! Signed up with a 1 year agreement. Great customer service, easy to get ahold of and great value. They stand by their work. If you need additional service, there is no charge because they guarantee to help solve your problem!!!

I was looking for a pest company after purchasing my first house and I sent them my info at 11pm and they called me at 8am the next day. They said they could send out specialist the same day between noon and 4pm and were not the cheapest place, but they were honest with me and said they weren't up front. They explained why they were a little higher than the other people and the guy was so nice! I chose them and they were at my place by 12:30pm and exterminated my whole house in under and hour.... inside and out!!! They also will come out between services for free if I feel there is a necessity for it. I loved them! I would recommend them to anyone looking for a fix with some quality service and respectable company

The service was terrific. The technician was knowledgeable and thorough We have been so,disappointed in other service businesses so our experience with them renewed our faith.
