i have recommended this company to two friends. They are very knowledeable and will come out if service is neeed even if it's not scheduled.

There was an error in my billing and duration of services, but once I brought it to there attention, it was corrected prior to any services being done -

Helpful and courteous. They actually showed up unlike the other company I tried to hire. Cost is the only sticking point. Whether it's worth the service agreement remains to be seen since we just started but I'm hopeful that it will be based on the initial visit.

I'm writing my review after my initial visit. I'm not sure what the end result will be yet.

The technician showed up on time, was very professional. He assessed the situation of mice by thoroughly inspecting the entire house inside and out. He made recommendations for sealing the house in potential areas of infiltration, however, they don't do the work for the homeowner. You have to do it on your own. He set traps throughout the house and bait stations outside to also help narrow down where they are coming in from. He did not walk in attic areas without floors because it's a liability/insurance issue (well, hello, that's where the mice are) - so I found that a bit frustrating. I still committed to a year long plan because I know this is a process and we cannot eliminate the problem with one visit. So fingers crossed that the plan works. I would be happy to change my score to 5++ if the plan works and the mice are gone. However Home Advisor sent the review 1 week after the visit -- too soon to tell.

The technicians called before arriving and were on time. Techs very nice, polite and knowledgable.

They responded immediately and went to my house within hours after calling. They are very pleasant to speak with. They require 5 treatments, which I was uncomfortable with, but I ended up agreeing to the terms.

The arrive in the given time window, do a thorough job, and follow up.

As of this review I am just starting services. After the first two visits I have seen a reduction in the number of pests. So far, service has been good.

Rep was very informative and took the time not only to explain the costs, but also the process. He answered all questions so i would fully understand what the pest control would do. Very helpful, very professional.

Do not get stuck with this company!! Read the reviews on Yelp which are way more indicative of their tactics. They pressure you into a long term contract which will cost you a bundle to get out of and if you just want to terminate it without paying the buy out they threaten to sue. The worker did find the sack of potatoes on top of my frig that was full of gnats. After that the bugs were gone but I've had to pay over $400 so far and without paying the buyout of $300 something, I will be forced into paying for many more "treatments" when there are no bugs!! WORST RIP OFF EVER.

We've used this company once, so it is rather difficult to rate them.
