Quick call back and was able to come out the following day. Problem was mice. I was required to do a 12 month contract and thought that was alot. The technician was very nice and friendly and explained everything in detail.

Problem was for mice. Admin paperwork was a bit annoying. Must have signed or initialed a half dozen liability waivers. They required a 6 month contract which I thought was a bit much before they had even done the work.

What surprised me was the focus on the outside traps. We have three very large traps outside, and just a couple of wood snap traps in the house. We have yet to catch anything, but still hear them. The customer service was great, and they were able to make a last minute appointment to.

Could not rate work quality or value for money because the day after the contract was signed and the day the service was to be initiated I was informed that they did not do the promised work in Chicago any more. This caused a problem because I then had to make new arrangements and find another company to remove raccoons from my sister's home. Needless to say I am not happy about this. The people I spoke to were very pleasant but that didn't help me.

didn't need the pest control service. Wish it was an option and not automatic. Verdict still out on rodent control Glad for bait boxes put out but not happy with all the snap traps put out that I have to deal with. I was already doing that. Wish technician would come out to remove trapped mice and replace traps as needed as part of the service, High price for recommended follow up visits.
