Went without a hitch - on-time, on budget. Workers were professional, worked quickly, and cleaned up everything. Went so well that a neighbor also hired them to replace their driveway

We hired them to asphalt our driveway in June of 2020. We had to wait for them to get to us to complete the job. While completing the job, Brian( the foreman) told me that he was concerned about one area that had not been paved previously. He said there was a lot of moisture in that area and for us to keep an eye on it. They finished the job in one day. The driveway looked nice. We were told to sealcoat the following summer. We contacted them in March of 2021 to come back to seal. They sealed it 2 months later. A couple months later we started noticing dents in the asphalt from a small 4 chair table set which was located in the area that we were told to keep an eye on. I called and left a couple voicemails. Nothing. I sent him an email. Finally, I get a call back from Brian. I explained what had happened to the driveway. He asked for pictures, so I sent them. He emails me back stating that is normal for asphalt on hot summer days and that it would not be covered under warranty. I explained that it was only in the area that he was concerned about. He told me to put plywood under my table. Haha. We just moved table to grassy back yard area. He said that he could come out in a couple weeks to make the repairs for a charge. I said fine, we just want it fixed. 2 1/2 months later and we haven't heard a word. So, I sent him an email with a friendly reminder that we were still waiting. No response. I have called 3 times, leaving voicemails each time. 2 weeks later and no call or email response!! Totally unprofessional!!! You would think they would gladly service their past clients. The driveway is only one year old now. 8k apparently does not justify a response. I WOULD NOT RECOMMEND THEM OR RICH'S SEALCOATING TO ANYONE. They have the worst customer service that I have ever experienced. Hired a different company to do the repairs. Shame on you Paul Dieklelman Asphalt Co.
