Russ Wells came to my house on an emergency call after my youngest son decided to treat our cabinets like a jungle gym. What Russ thought would be a quick and easy project (1-hour) to rehang the fallen unit turned into several hours of additional work as the wall from which the cabinet fell was a plumbing wall. Russ took great care to find the places to redrill and anchor the unit. Three and half hours later this seemingly 1-hour project was completed and Russ said it was still just $50 (his hourly rate). It's rare to find someone who still honors their word. I have hired Russ several more times over the years and plan to continue to do so in the future. I love his aloha shirts and his willingness to teach me about what he is doing. It really makes me appreciate his skill.
