Curt, the owner of the company, was great to work with, through most of the wall insulation I had completed. We had additional work that was supposed to be completed and we were not able to reach Curt over a short period of time to get the work finished. However, Curt contacted us this past week and finished the work, within a day of his call. He apologized for the delayed response.
We planned to have wall insulation completed through an Ameren incentive program. He was great to get the work done that needed to be done by a specific date in order to get the incentive match. However, we had a few problems during the wall insulation. The insulation went into a duct, which then was spread throughout the house. What a mess. Now, I don't know enough about wall insulation to know if this is a common place mistake or if there are measures to prevent it or not, but Curt's team attempted to clean it up the best they could. I was pleased by the extra work.
Due to the extra mess and my concerns about the insulation now being in the duct work, Curt offered to do a free service cleaning to my furnace and he offered to provide, free of charge an attic fan cover, which we had originally opted not to do, due to cost.
This past week the furnace was serviced and we received the whole house fan cover, just as Curt had promised.
