Bob Ridings Taylorville

I visited Bob Ridings Dodge in Taylorville on Saturday.  I spent $ 15,000.  Ron Pritchard is always my salesman.  He is excellent.  Very friendly, he gives you an opinion on that the cars that he gives you.  Very honest that's why I keep going back.  Never have a problem with my cars there.  All the people there are very nice.  You get introduced to the owner Bob Ridings, very nice man.  When you buy a new car you get flowers, roses.  From the accountant department to the salesman to the mechanics, all of them are fantastic.

At the end of 2013 I went back to Bob Ridings to see about an upgrade to our mini van. For the same payment as I was paying for my 2010 I received a 3 year upgrade with power sliding doors and a power lift gate. I'm a big fan of Bob Ridings in Taylorville and especially of my salesman Jeff Cowell. The low interest rates I got at CEFCU had something to do with that also.


This is the second car I've purchased from Bob Ridings in Taylorville
and I'm happy with the cars I have purchased and my salesperson. His
last name is Cowell.
The salesperson was very responsive before
and after the sale and was obviously interested in making my experience
and excellent one and he succeeded.
The first time I purchased a car was a good experience but the second time with Mr. Cowell was excellent.
I
received an excellent value on a 2010 Dodge Grand Caravan. I've had no
problems with a vehicle and would definately purchase another car from
him.

Well when I got the car back I kept on hearing a rattling noise coming from the front driver side tire I got out to check it and found the hub

cap loose did inspection of the other tires and found that the valve stemscaps missing on the passenger side tires.

It went fine until I was told I could not use the credit I already had against my bill.

Every time it's my birthday he sends me a birthday card for $5 off of his service. They were very quick with getting the job done and would recommend them to others.
