John fixed the problem and I was quite happy with the outcome. The damaged plywood was totally replaced. New fascia was then put in place. To finish the job, Yarbro painted the plywood, sky blue. "I hired the company to do a make ready [clean up & prep] on a single apartment in a building which I own in the town where I live. I needed the property to be cleaned up so I could rent it again.
