I called and they came out to look at the repair needed for my roof. They said they would call with a quote. I waited and called back, no response. I called again, no response. I called the office and told the receptionist to have them call me asap she said she would.NO RESPONSE! All they had to do was call back and tell me the didn't want the job. Very rude and unprofessional. I give them a D rating, I can't give them a F because they didn't do any work.  I was recommended Porch.com at Lowes, contacted All Weather Roofing. They came out did the work, Quality and Professional A++

Ralph was extremely responsive, came out within a day to give a quote and took a very long time answering all my questions.
He sent a quote to me by email within a day or two.
He responded quickly to my emails asking for clarifications.
When I chose SW for the job, they scheduled it within 2 days.
The contractor, Raul, was professional, efficient and did a thorough and careful job, as far as I could tell. I spent much of the job on the roof with him and could see he was careful at all aspects of the job.
The only negative thing I could say was that I thought the price was a bit high for a job that took less than a day (10 am until 4 pm) for which the materials cost was pretty low (plywood, flashing, shingles, nails). But for me it was a better choice than a cheaper bid that I wasn't as confident with.

I don't have any complaints. They were on time. They were courteous. They kept to their word regarding when they would show up and how long they would be here. They were very good bunch of men.

I had three estimates. There's was the middle one and it was very detailed and thorough. Ralph was extremely knowledgeable and professional. He took his time and responded to all our questions in great detail, giving us condidence in the quality of the work his company does.. The work was done quickly and neatly. The crew was very courteous and worked efficiently and left the place as neat as a pin. I felt we were dealing with a person of honesty and integrity.

They do various things. They were the first ones I got an estimate from. Their prices were reasonable and the guy who I dealt with was very nice. He came and gave us an estimate. He was very polite. Then he checked back in a couple of weeks to see if we had made a decision. So, they weren't pushy. I called another company to find out what ratings they had on there and they had an A-rating with that company. Their price was pretty good. It was a little bit higher than another company. I checked four different companies for estimates including SW Roofing and Construction. I would have hired any of the four. I was fortunate that I picked four companies. They were very nice people and professional. Their pricing was fairly close enough and none of them were way out of the ballpark. They came when they said they were going to come. I would recommend them.

He does exceptional work. He always has time to sit down and talk with you about the job. He even went to small claims court twice with me to testify about the poor work a previous roofer had done.
