"It was a pleasure doing business with this customer, we had a misunderstanding about the type of mulch that was used on her property. The customer interpreted me saying the mulch used would guarantee no weed growth. What I said was the mulch used would do a better job deterring weed growth than her current mulch. I have never and will never GUARANTEE that anything will or will not grow. I hope I get a change to apologize to her for anything she was displeased with. Thanks for reading :)"
