Disappointed with the service provided. Not punctual, didn't have necessary tools and, most importantly, didn't complete the task to my satisfaction. While completing the task he caused another issue and was charging me an additional service visit to return and fix the new problem.

"We apologize you were unhappy with the service; however, there was a misunderstanding in communication. I completed the job which you requested- trimming the bottom of an exterior door. After the job was complete you wanted me to fix something that was not originally quoted. Therefore, I only had the tools to complete the job we had discussed. I appreciate you supporting my small business and wish you all the best."
