We had another estimate from another company but we chose to work with Dave. Dave gave a clear presentation of our different options, the costs and its pros and cons. He told us his recommendation and the reasons why.
I wanted a quick turnaround around. So when I told him that we chose to work with him and that we wanted it installed the next day, Dave found a way to make it happen.
There were some hurdles in getting the outside piping on the side of my house due to the way the drop-down ceiling in my basement was set up. However, Dave and his crew made it work and made it right by finding a way to get the outside piping to the side of my house and not to the back of my house where my 3-season room is.
Dave and his crew were punctual, professional and polite. After the installation of the furnace and AC, they cleaned up my basement much better than I would have. :-) Thank you for accommodating all my requests.
