He was good and spent a lot of time looking at my washer. He was honest in the way he recommended not to service but to replace instead.

They had to come back twice, as there was too much ice build up for them to repair it on Friday, so after leaving the fridge off all weekend, they came back first thing Monday morning and repaired it - and it's been working fine ever since. I would highly recommend Knodle's - they were punctual, efficient, very fair priced, and kept in touch with me regarding the scheduling and arrival times. They were great!!

Excellent!! I called around 2pm on Wednesday and they were out to our house by 11am the following morning. They gave a 30 minute arrival time which was very nice. The technician was prompt and courteous. Will definitely be using this company in the future.

I recommend Knodle's Appliance Service for appliance repair. They were locally recommended to us when we moved here and we have been using them ever since. The job with the oven went well except that my oven was not heating hot enough after they left. I called them and they sent someone back out. They did an adjustment and it works just fine. They put the part in during summer and then we had this problem just before Thanksgiving. They only charged me half the price because they had been out before. It is about $40 for them to come out. In their first visit, they charged us $250, which would have been for the part and labor. They are very good. They are very responsive.
