I was very happy with it, they did a good job. I had a question and called him and he answered, a lot of times you don't get the guys. I had one other quote and I decided to go with the local guys and he was a little bit cheaper than the other guy. He does everything like handyman work, the other place just does windows. I think they did a good job, they cleaned up after themselves. They couldn't paint because of the windows, I can do that, so I just let that go.

Very smooth project. Joel Davidson is very easy to work with and showed me a sample of the window he likes to install and feels it is a great quality window. Joel and his coworker, Joel, installed the windows and they look great. They are a much higher quality window than my original windows. They are very professional, clean and take pride in their work. They don't rush through the work. I am excited to see my utility bills going forward. I highly recommend Davidson Services for any home improvement or remodel.

We needed the work done in 48 hours and Joel and his team had it done before that!  He responded via email to a weekend inquiry if he could be out on Monday to get the work done (part of a house closing) and he responded by 7:30 a.m. Sunday and was out to work at 8:00 a.m. on Monday. All work was completed by Tuesday early afternoon. He went over and above in the quality of the work too -- removed doors from hinges and windows from casements -- to really do an excellent job of painting.

Joel was very pleasant and skilled. He responded quickly to our request for an estimate; there was some delay in the order that was beyond his control and some delay in installation but it was definitely a discretionary project. He did an excellent job on installing an upper story window with less cost than another contractor. I don't have experience on how he would be in an urgent situation but will definitely use his services in the future. We have usually done the "handyman" projects ourselves but are getting to the point that we would rather not.  Joel does a better job at a reasonable price, so wahoo, we feel liberated.

Joel was great!  He did exactly what he said he would do in the quote, and even corrected a problem with no hesitation.

Joel was extremely professional in his communications with us.  He or his staff showed up when he said they would and worked diligently.  They completed what turned out to be a horrendous challenge with the old floor quickly and skillfully.  The plumber Joel secured (Jason from Hamp Plumbing)  were also able to resolve an almost 20 year old problem we had with our plumbing.  The new floor looks fabulous and you would never know the door they installed had not been in the home forever.  Their attention to detail really showed in the finishing and trim. They also worked extremely hard to minimize any inconvenience to us and again, provided just spectacular work.  They concluded the project with one of the most thorough clean ups I have ever had.  The value for the professionalism, reliability and craftsmanship was exceptional.

Joel was fantastic!
Upon our first contact via email, he scheduled an appointment with us and brought sample materials. He patiently assisted with our deck design decisions and provided updated quotes after we made adjustments to the project. They worked very efficiently on completing the project. The new deck looks beautiful. A really great service experience.

Great job. I have used Joel and his crew for many repair tasks in our home and he is our go-to guy. Fair price, extremely clean, great work, very kind - the utmost professional.

Services are completed and totally happy with finished result. Very friendly staff as well. Project took longer then I had anticipated but that was due to the city not responding in a speedy fashion. Would recommend his services

Very well. Work was fast and extremely professional, clean up great. Joel is busy and we did have to prompt a little for more communication, but this is understandable. Fine job, very satisfied, wouldn't hesitate to call again.

They came out and they were willing to do the job. They listened to everything I had to say. They drew some plans. They gave me a quote. They were very nice. I may use them again, if I needed another quote.

He did excellent work. He's really good in detail. He's a little bit pricey but sometimes paying for an extra price is good for the quality. He did a very good job. I would use them again in the future.

Extremely happy with service and quality.  Joel came out, gave me a fair estimate and cmpleted the job on time and under the price he quoted me.  We have a lot more work for Joel in many different categories and are comfortable having him complete them for us.  Would highly recommend!
