WE HAD HOME WARRANTY WHICH, FORTUNATELY, COVERED THE REPLACEMENT OF OUR TERRIBLE HEATER. ED WAS PROFESSIONAL AND RESPONSIVE. THOUGH WE HAD TO PAY VERY LITTLE (ABOUT $100 OUT OF POCKET) DUE TO OUR WARRANTY, BUT WE WOULD DEFINITELY RECOMMEND BASED ON THE QUALITY AND PROFESSIONALISM.
