ANOTHER PROVIDER FROM THE LIST HAD TOLD ME THAT MY SOFA COULD NOT BE WATER CLEANED. HOWEVER, RANDY'S CLEANERS VERY CAREFULLY CHECKED FOR WATER OR CHEMICAL CLEANING BEFORE DECIDING THAT IN FACT, THE SOFA WOULD BE FINE WATER CLEANED. THIS KIND OF CAREFUL ATTENTION WAS TRULY APPRECIATED. THEY QUOTED OVER THE PHONE AND ENDED UP REDUCING THE PRICE ON THE ONE SOFA WHICH WAS ORIGINALLY QUOTED AT A HIGHER PRICE FOR CHEMICAL CLEANING. THEY ARRIVED 15 MIN. LATE BUT I RECEIVED A PHONE CALL EARLIER IN THE DAY ALERTING ME THAT THEY WERE RUNNING A BIT LATE. AGAIN, REALLY CONSIDERATE PEOPLE. THIS COMPANY ALSO OPERATES AS CLEAN USA.
