Call Lance First!

We recently completed a whole house renovation with "Call Lance First," and we must say, it was a wonderful experience. We purchased a 31 year old home with numerous DIY projects performed by the previous owners. We were extremely lucky to be introduced to the people at "Call Lance First" by our realtor during our house search. Lance and his team gave us a plan with a very reasonable and realistic price and time line in a contract prior to beginning the project. They also included a projected "out of pocket additional expenses" that could be expected from subcontractors that would be part of the project. They explained there could be unexpected problems that could arise with any rehab project on an older home. We went into this project with a good understanding of what to expect. They secured permits prior to beginning and through this 5 month project and met and/or spoke with us daily. There was rarely a day when something wasn't done on the house, and Lance gave us a weekly schedule of what was going to occur and who was going to be there. When issues arose that needed discussion, we were contacted immediately and were involved in the solution. He or his team were on site every day. They were very responsive to any change or addition we brought up. Their subcontactors were always professional and forthcoming any time they were needed. The remodel came in very close to the time projected and the quoted budget was as expected. We received multiple questions from friends and neighbors as to how we managed to get all this done in a reasonable amount of time, with the quality of workmanship. We need to give all the credit to "Call Lance First." We plan to use them again in the near future for an additional project. We would recommend services from "Call Lance First" for any home project. They were fantastic!

Lance did a great job on our project. We took two small bedrooms and turned it into one room with bathroom and large closet. Job was done on schedule in spite of changes we made during course of job.
