In the past they have had to do some fairly major automotive things for me. Since my husband bought a car there they have given us good service, but are a little on the pricey side. However, I think that is true with most dealerships, but we can count on them doing it right. They also have a collision place across the street from their dealership and they are quite good, I think. In general they have a good name and they fix my problems. The people there are business-like. It took them a couple of days to get a part on time and they have a courtesy vehicle that I was able to use so that service really means a lot. After they have looked at the car they call me to let me know how much repairs will cost and how long the repairs will take. That's what I need to know. They do good work.

Overall, it went well. We are very pleased with the vehicle purchased, a Volvo XC90. There was a sharp drop in the asking price and we received very good and timely responses. The process of purchasing was a little weird and the sales person just assumed we were going to purchase the vehicle regardless and we never verbally agreed or OK'd the deal. We also did not know what the purchase price or monthly payment was going to be until we were being escorted to the finance office when we had to put the caution on everything and say that we didn't know the specifics of the potential purchase. In the end, it was fine, but we wanted to handle part of the financing differently, and it was an awkward handling of that part of the process.

The part replaced was not the necessary part. After much calling, we were partially refunded. I really appreciated that, but wish it had not happened in the first place.

We have bought a couple of cars from this dealer and we have had Don Warner each time as our salesperson. He is friendly and explains things very well to us. We told him what we wanted and that we needed a good deal. Well we not only got a great deal from this Brian Bemis in Oregon we also got a new car and the payments were less than what we are paying now and we also got no interest during the time we pay. We couldn't be happier with everything that everyone has done for us at this car dealer. I would recommend this dealer and go see Don he will try and get you everything that the dealership has to offer. We also want to thank Pete who is the financial guy for his help with everything. We wanted the owners manual that the corporation says we have to call and get it. They know me, know my cars and they're always pro-active about things. I get discounts on some things if you use them all the time.

I took my car to brian beamus the firs time and they were supposed to fix my car not starting. the did not fix it beacuse "the tool isnt working". i told them my car had a raddle in in but to NOT fix it just let me know what it was. they told me it would take an hour after being there 2 hours i finally went and asked what was going on it took another 30 minutes for them to come and tell me they could not fix it right now and i would have to drive another 80 miles round trip.
2nd time i took my car down let them know my rear hatch was catching after the tightened the spoiler without asking me. they told me no more than 30 minutes after over an hour the came back and said nothing was wrong but if something else was wrong to bring it back.
about 2 weeks later my spoiler broke and i called them talked to the sales manager and he said he called the service manager (he did not). He told me "you know when cars get old (mine is an 05) you cant get parts for them and there comes a point when you just should get rid of them" my car is an 05 and has less than 75000 miles on it. i finally payed to get it fixed at a local place and was much better taken care of

When I arrived I told the salesman, Jose, that I was interested in trading for a Santa Fe and that I had a limited amount of time. One hour later we were driving home in our new Santa Fe completely satisfied with the whole experience. The service was great, the price was competitive and the staff was patient and professional.

It only had nineteen thousand miles on it. Its in great shape. It was only three years old when we bought it. They were very personable. They let us test drive it. We did a little bit of haggling but we got the price we wanted.
