They arrived very early. They did a nice job of removing the limbs but they left quite a bit of high dead wood that I really wanted removed. The owner was not on site during the last hour and a half and they had cleaned up and were gone with the equipment when he came back for payment so it was difficult to address the issue. He also excepted the job but then it was very hard to get him to schedule a date.
