Flooring
BECAUSE OUR HOUSE IS OLD, AND THE FLOORS VERY UNEVEN,THE JOB WAS MORE TIME-CONSUMING THAN JOE ORIGINALLY ESTIMATED, RUNNING ABOUT A WEEK LONGER THAN EXPECTED. HOWEVER, THEY TOOK THEIR TIME, AND WERE VERY METICULOUS IN GETTING THE TILE LAID RIGHT. I WASN'T CHARGED ANY MORE THAN THE ORIGINAL ESTIMATE, AND I THOUGHT THAT WAS NICE. THEY SHOWED UP TO WORK ON TIME, AND PUT IN A FULL DAY'S WORK EVERYDAY. THE FLOORS TURNED OUT GREAT. JOE AND HIS ASSISTANT WERE VERY PROFESSIONAL AND COURTEOUS. PHONE CALLS WERE ALWAYS RETURNED PROMPTLY. THEY DID NOT CLEAN THE TILE AFTER THEY WERE FINISHED WITH THE JOB. THAT WAS OK ONLY BECAUSE OUR HOUSE IS UNDERGOING MAJOR RENOVATIONS AND IS A MESS ANYWAY. I WOULD HAVE BEEN DISAPPOINTED OTHERWISE.
