Description of Work: We had a door put in and a two walls modified. The work was excellent. The workmen were courteous and careful. They did an excellent job cleaning up each day of construction.

 + 0 moreScott did our estimate and was on time and very personable and nice! I'm not sure of the carpenters name that came to actually do the work but he did a fantastic job!!!! He picked up after each day that he worked and left the front of the house looking neat and tidy when leaving for the day(very professional). When he was done with the job it turned out great! I honestly couldn't be any happier and would recommend this company to anyone and plan to use them in the future! So excited I found a great company to fix up my home when needed.............THANKS!!!!

 + -1 moreIt went great. They were on time, got the work done on time and on budget. There were several people involvred , labor to re do the drainiage, carpenrry to replace the trim, and a painter to recaulk and paint everything that needed it. I would definately use them in the future
Description of Work: I needed a lot of exterior work done including revising a drainage issue involving a downspout that should have NEVER been placed where it was 30 years ago when the house was built. I needed some exterior vents replaced, trim showing some rot replaced, etc.

 + 0 moreEverything went great! The estimator/foreman was on time and great to work with. He had good ideas on how to redo and repair everything. I asked him to estimate high since we just didn't know how much hidden damage there was in the box bay window. They came back with a fair estimate, and we went ahead with the job. It did take a couple of weeks to get the job on the schedule, but I recognize that they were busy, and it wasn't a long delay getting scheduled. Their people were prompt and efficient, getting the job done on time. We had to do a little re-do on the new roof of the bay since my wife didn't like what I agreed to..but that was MY fault not theirs. I should have asked her first LOL!!! That being said, they still brought the job in under the estimated price. I would be SO happy to use them again, and plan to in the near future since we have more work to be done. The box bay is beautiful again, and it absoultely DOES NOT leak any more !!! They are high on my list of people I WILL call back for more work
Description of Work: They were asked to dismantle a box bay window with some rotting wood and repair the damage as well as design a new roof (non flat) roof for it that would not leak. Also to replace/repaint trim around the house.

Examples of work that we do are lower level finishes, kitchen updates or complete remodel, bathroom updates or complete remodel, room additions, outdoor enjoyment projects, custom new homes starting at $500k and above, light commercial remodeling, and any other miscellaneous repairs needed around your home.
If we do not offer the service requested we will do our best to refer you to one of our trusted sub contractors. If we are not comfortable referring another company we will not give a referral.
