Padgett Building and Remodeling prides ourselves first and foremost on quality and craftsmanship. Our team offers professionalism which we believe people are now demanding from the construction industry. We believe customers are searching for a contractor they can trust, and we are confident we can fulfill that obligation. Most of our business is on a referral basis. Thus, we take great pride in repeat business from our customers. Our Mission is simple, Padgett Building and Remodeling Co., Inc. represents the highest standards of quality craftsmanship, customer satisfaction, and caring. It is our goal to complete each project in a safe, timely, profitable, and professional manner. We have 8 office personnel and 7 carpenters in the field. We self perform any carpentry related work and subcontract all other trades (i.e. electrical, plumbing, etc.). We typically bill using a progress payment system but will use a cost plus payment system if requested.
