Delta Heating and Cooling

I'd give them a high score. They're very responsive. Because I have a maintenance agreement, I can call them. If I have an issue, they will try to get out that day or the next day without needing an appointment. They are very easy to work with and very responsive to come out if there's an issue. I just really like them. I've been with them for several years. They do try and not charge very much if they don't have to. I feel it's reasonable. The owner usually comes out to my house. It's a very small company. It's a little local company. They try and get out at same day to assess the problem. They are always on time. They put booties on. They are very conscientious about cleaning up. If there's anything extra that needs to be done, they'll do that as well. They're really good.

I have been using this company for about 5 years and have been very pleased.  The simplest example I have is they actually came out on Christmas Eve to fix my heater and the mechanic gave me his personal cell phone number in case there were further issues (there were no further issues).  I can't say enough good things about them.
